My Grandpa (or Grampsy as I call him) was one of the funniest people in my childhood. I would always tell me the story of 'The Squirter Owl' Which was about him as a kid (I'm guessing he was a teenager, but he never made that clear). He was walking in the woods, went under an owl's nest, and it pooped on him. He went back the next day, and the owl tried to poop on him again, but he jumped out of the way. Then He tricked his brother and his sister to go to the nest, and the owl did the same thing to his siblings. For whatever reason it was, I used to love that story. Almost as much as I loved him dragging my sister and me in a wagon to the park to play with us. (Love you Grampsy!)

I haven't had the greatest success when it comes to grandparents, but I am happy for those who have.

My grandparents are dead.
I only got to know one of my grandparents, my mother's mother, who died in the past year or so. The others died before i was born.
But i do remember when I was little, she Had to babysit me and my sisters and when i couldn't sleep, she ate Oreos with me.

"And milk... with raisins."
"It's kind of freaky how fast she is."

Welcome to the mind of Kevin McCreary...when he is probably too tired to be doing this kind of thing.
